Seabrook Seller: I recently sold a home in Seabrook NH using Tami as the listing agent, and it was a great experience. This particular home needed a lot of work prior to going on the market, and Tami was very helpful with suggestions on the work to be done (i.e type of flooring, paint colors, landscaping ideas etc). She provided me with very accurate information on recent sales in the area, and was very straightforward in regards to her opinion on the listing price & inventory in the area.
